Food safety is paramount.   But as technology evolves,   more can be done to and with foods.   How safe are new approaches to food and food safety? Our recent analyses include: evaluating the health aspects of certain compounds found in irradiated beef; examining new methods for evaluating food safety;   what amounts and types of information do regulators need to make safety decisions about new food ingredients?
