INTERSTATE 495 EASTBOUND  (Beltway inner loop):  From Virginia and Dulles airport,  exit south on Wisconsin Avenue (Exit 34,  Washington/Bethesda);   200 feet past first traffic light at Pooks Hill Road turn right into the driveway at the stone wall.   Visitor parking is at the southeast corner of the building.

INTERSTATE 495 WESTBOUND  (Beltway outer loop):  From Baltimore-Washington International Airport and Baltimore,  exit north to Rockville Pike (Exit 34,  Bethesda/Rockville);   follow signs for Bethesda,  turning left at traffic light;   continue south over Interstate 495;   200 feet past traffic light at Pooks Hill Road,  turn right into the driveway at the stone wall.   Visitor parking is at the southeast corner of the building.

FROM WASHINGTON DC:  North on Wisconsin Avenue past National Institutes of Health and National Naval Medical Center;   at traffic light at Pooks Hill Road make a U-turn and turn right into the driveway at the stone wall.   Visitor parking is at the southeast corner of the building.

VIA METRO (From Washington DC and Reagan National Airport only):  Take BLUE Line to Metro Center or YELLOW Line to Gallery Place.   Transfer to RED Line toward Shady Grove.   Although LSRO is accessible from either the Bethesda,  Medical Center,  or Grosvenor stops,  taxis are more readily available at the Bethesda station.   LSRO is about one mile (a 20-minute walk) from the Medical Center Station.

VIA METRO (From AMTRAK Union Station):  Take RED Line toward Shady Grove.   Although LSRO is accessible from either the Bethesda,  Medical Center,  or Grosvenor stops,  taxis are more readily available at the Bethesda station.   LSRO is about one mile (a 20-minute walk) from the Medical Center Station.
